Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 PC Game Download Free Full Version

Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 is going to be the turning point for its developers Konami as they plan to take on its competition EA by adding a ton of new features and modes to the next PES 2018. The first PES game was released in 2001. With every passing year, Konami was able to improve the game.

With Cristiano Ronaldo as the face of the franchise at the beginning, PES now has Alvaro Morata as its ambassador. Over the years, PES was able to climb the ladder of success and leave its mark in the minds of the gamers through its 2017 installment. While PES still lags behind FIFA in sales and features, it has indeed come a long way from its first installment. PES 2018 Review: PES 2018 beats FIFA 18 before the Release

Pro Evolution Soccer has been the best footy game on consoles for years now, but does the latest sequel add anything new?

So, it’s that time of year again. The football season is in full swing and as the nights draw in FIFA and the other sports sims prepare for their yearly updates. But there does seem to be a noticeable lack of anticipation this year, particularly amongst the football games; with neither FIFA nor PES making any promises of revolutionary new features. Which creates the perennial problem for games reviews: do you mark down a sequel for being too much like its predecessor, even if its predecessor was really good?

Of course with sports games, everyone accepts that it’s difficult to come up with new features every year, with the silent acknowledgement that the only reason there are yearly sequels is because the market demands it and people will buy them no matter what. Revolutions do happen, but for PES that came two years ago with PES 2016. Last year’s game added little of note and this year is also lacking in big new ideas. And yet it still plays the best game of footy on consoles and PC.

If there is a standout new feature for this year it’s the change in game speed to something slower and more realistic. Not that last year was a game of pinball, but the adjustment is also intended to make dribbling tighter and more precise. And that’s exactly what it does too, the question is whether that, and the other minor new features, are worth buying a whole new game for.

The one advantage FIFA has over PES, in terms of yearly sequels, is that at least it can use the excuse of team updates to justify its existence. But waiting for the day one patch for Man Red and MD White in PES just doesn’t have quite the same appeal. The lack of official licences has zero effect on gameplay, and yet it’s the primary reason why PES has never come close to outselling FIFA. Viewed objectively that’s always seemed horribly unfair, given that for the majority of its existence PES has always played a better game of football than FIFA. It’s just never looked the part while doing so.

None of that is to say that PES 2018 is an ugly game though, far from it. In terms of animation and celebrity lookalikes it’s hugely impressive. And if you happen to be a fan of the few clubs Konami has been able to license – if you’re a Fulham supporter, for example – this really does feel close to perfection in terms of both gameplay and on-pitch presentation (although the menus are still uglier than should be physically possible nowadays). For everyone else though, there’ll be the usual grumble of, ‘It plays great, but why hasn’t it got the proper names?’

But putting all those concerns to the side PES 2018’s other improvements are worthy of note. Horrible marketing buzz word that it is, Real Touch+ works very well by improving first touch and allowing you to use a player’s whole body to control the ball. The whole philosophy behind modern day PES is that each new feature should be both as realistic as possible and add depth and variety to the gameplay, and Real Touch+ personifies that approach perfectly.

The exact amount of control you have depends on the specific player but the animation and physics engine is now advanced enough that you can see their centre of gravity shifting as they move, with the top players able to dribble and feint in a way that seems to defy the simple joypad inputs used to control them. The problem is though, that this aspect was already impressive last year and now it’s just slightly more impressive.

There are other changes to be found elsewhere, but discovering that the goalkeepers have once again been completely revamped is probably the one change fans didn’t want to see. This year they’ve become peculiarly inept at even simple saves and clearances, so we look forward to next year when they become perfect goalkeeping Terminators again – only to change back to Mr Bean stand-ins in 2019. Perhaps by that time the dire commentary and referees will be fixed too, as the latter are still too lenient.

PES 2018 Exclusive: Nintendo Switch: PES 2018 not Releasing this Year

We’re already getting Fifa 18 on Nintendo Switch this year but fans of PES may be disappointed as Konami have revealed that we won’t be seeing PES 2018. It’s not all doom and gloom though; Konami recently had an interview with Eurogamer and they say they are listening to fans. According to Konami, if fan reactions are aplenty then they’ll consider future releases. Here’s what PES global product and brand manager Adam Bhatti and assistant producer Kei Masuda said on the matter:

Bhatti: One thing that I will say about the Switch is, we’re getting asked that quite a lot. The fact is, we’ve announced all the platforms that PES 2018 is coming to. But as I’ve been saying to a lot of people, we have a great relationship with Nintendo – we’ve obviously brought out Bomberman which has done fantastic for the Switch. So as a company it’s a platform that we’re looking at, for sure. So for PES it’s just – we never want to say no, we never want to close the door. Let’s see how it goes. Personally speaking, I love the machine. We think it’s definitely performed amazingly well. And we really hope that it continues to do very well.

Masuda-san: We always like to hear what the fans think as well, depending on the amount of reactions we get then we definitely would like to look into it.

PES 2018 Beta Demo Revealed

As PES 2018 Demo release date has been confirmed by Konami for PS4 and Xbox One, who also spoken more on the PC version and FIFA 18 rivalry.

The PES 2018 Demo is usually a popular launch that allows gamers to try out a limited selection of teams and game modes.

And it appears that this year will be a little different.

The PES demo usually comes out before the rival FIFA 18 version and it appears that this year, fans will get to start trying out the game early.

The PES 2018 beta test starts at 8:00am on Thursday, July 20, running until 3:00am on Monday, July 31, and will include these modes:

    Modes included:
    Online CO-OP

During an interview with Shacknews, PES representative Adam Bhatti, revealed more on the team’s plans to launch the game’s beta.

This appears to be connected with the online mode and problems with quality when trying to play others around the world.

“You have to make sure that everyone can play together consistently,” Bhatti revealed.

“The fans do complain that it isn’t consistent for them, so what we’re doing this year, is for 11 days at the end of July, We’re running an open beta.”

It’s unclear if this early PES 2018 demo will serve as the normal one run every year, or will be more of just an online mode testing stage.

The PS4 and Xbox One PES 2018 Demo in July will allow players to try out the new 3v3 mode, or the normal 1v1 mode.

This PES 2018 beta test should result in a better online experience for fans, with Konami pledging that they will send out surveys, collect data and provide a day 1 patch if needed.

The PES 2018 team also spoke more on the rivalry with the FIFA 18 series, commenting on how they were the challengers and needed to stay true to their fanbase.

“Our fans wanted us to take away the guideline for free kicks in the game to make it more difficult,” Bhatti added.

“I think it’s important to make key changes but not to change your DNA, don’t try and change what you are trying to achieve with the game.

PES 2018 Full Trailer Released: Also Features Usain Bolt

During E3 2017, Konami released a couple of new trailers, some interesting new gameplay details, and a brand-new gallery of screenshots for Pro Evolution Soccer 2018. You can see the trailers and gallery below, and they do a good job of showing off the next iteration of the popular football franchise, which is coming to PC and consoles next September.

The gameplay trailers give us a first proper look at this year's game, and once again licensed deals with partner clubs is looking a major part of Konami's strategy, and Dortmund, Barcelona and Liverpool are three highlighted clubs once again.

A new addition for this year, and one that feels a little out of left field is the inclusion of speed demon Usain Bolt in the MyClub part of the game. If he can kick a ball in a straight line, combined with his unparalleled speed, he could prove a handy player. Note, though, that Bolt is a pre-order incentive (or part of a day one purchase).

"I love football and have played PES for as long as I can remember - it's the best football game there is - and it's a great honour to be a part of it and its success," added Usain Bolt. "When the opportunity arose to be a player in PES 2018, it was too good to be true. Having my face and movements scanned for use in the game was a fascinating process and I hope those who pre-order the game make full use of my pace and skill!"

Konami has also unveiled a host of gameplay tweaks, including "a new strategic dribbling system offers greater close control" and "contextual shielding", as well as an overhauled lighting system. We're getting our hands on the game at E3, and will update you with our thoughts at the earliest opportunity, delving into some of the changes made.

You can take a look at the images and trailers below. PES 2018 will be available from September 14 on PC, PS3, PS4 (with PS4 Pro support), Xbox 360 and Xbox One (we're expecting Xbox One X support, but nothing has been announced as yet), and there's an online beta coming end of July.
