PC EDIT00000000 to PS4 .ted File Exporter v1

CREDITS: Zlac

What this tool WILL NOT do:

export any kind of graphics attached to the teams (kits, logos, manager and stadium pictures imported via edit mode) - you get .ted files only

INSTRUCTIONS

By using a PC option file and the likes of one of the more complete option file editors like ejogc327's PES2018 Editor you can edit an option file to your specification and save it.
1. Copy the encrypted PC option file into the same folder as the extractor (TED_exporter.exe).
2. Double-click TED_exporter.exe to extract the .ted files for every team in the option file.
3. Decrypted PS4-compatible .ted files are available in subfolder exports.
4. Edit the files further with @SMcCutcheon's PS4 PESEditor2018 if needed.
5. Encrypt the final .ted files using Panos’ or zlac’s .ted encrypters, then send the encrypted files to the WEPES folder on a USB before importing into PS4.

Limitations and modding on PC that may/will cause issues on PS4

Adding player IDs (unless players are created in the same way as a player that has been made via liveupdate).
Modding teams, either changing ID or creating a team with an ID not in game.
Adding players with modded appearances.
Licensing/unlicensing teams, managers
Probably whatever option which is available on PC to hack (.cpk files) and not available on PS4 due to locked .cpk files

In other words - do not expect that each and every PC EDIT00000000 file will provide .ted files valid for PS4 importing (unlocked .cpk files in PC vs. fully locked .cpk files on PS4).
