PES 2019 Gameplay Mod (Almost Ultimate)

Features :

- Corrected some values that were affecting the manual throughpass. It would make centres and through passes with advancing throughpass quite more difficult because the rate of charge of the bar. Now through pass feels more smooth and responsive.
- Slow dribble value changed to 75. Dribbling speed should be now higher
-Dribble Front Touch Rate changed from 1 to 1,5. It will still happen now, but less likely, and dribbling and ball handling should feel now a mix between Inca's dt's and ALMOST_ULTIMATE one.
- Now players should still be able to control the ball quite agile, but not all of them will be Messi.
- General ball handling is feeling now in a good mix between realism and accurate control
