– Extract the archive with 7zip and copy 9193.cpk file to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\download\
– Open and select DLC in DpFileList Generator (by Baris)
– Generate new DpFileList and enjoy your game!
