Installation:
• Paste the Uefa Euro 2020 folder in the following address of your pes 2013:
Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 \ kitserver13 \ pesedit-scoreboards
• after that in the list.txt open it and write under all this: EURO 2020 & hit save
• THEN OPEN THE PESEDIT SELECTOR as administrator and in the Scoreboard tab choose it by clicking on the image
