Contains rosters for ALL club teams and ALL national teams. Some leagues have added teams from the 2009/10 season as to not mess with the league structure in PES 21 - Sevilla Atlético have been replaced so that they don't gain promotion to La Liga.

Extract the folder to anywhere on your PC
Create a new "save" folder within "KONAMI" in documents - I have a "Save 08" and a "Save 24" and just delete the numbers for whichever one I want to play.
Run Sider as Administrator and create a new edit file in edit mode.
