Here’s my complete OF post Konami datapack :
1. Re-import all the teams by checking the 2nd box
2. You have to remove teams in their good leagues:
– rechange Bundes (put 18 teams instead of 20 teams)
– remove teams (between Others European and Bundesliga)
– remove teams between MLS and latino-america teams
3. You have to repair yourself some things
After reimport, you have to repair manually some problems (for me, it’s the same problem after each Konami update ):
– load again emblems of Athletic Bilbao, UD Las Palmas, LA Galaxy and NY City FC
– stadiums pictures of Celtic and Legia are replaced by their emblems (strange) ; for this:
1. erase the pictures with Celtic and Legia emblems (in stadium pictures)
2. copy again stadium pictures of Celtic and Legia
3. load stadium picture (in edit mode, team, stadium)
Indications
On this update, I have 99,9 % of the players I’ve had before konami datapack (just miss Mudingayi in AC Pisa and Odemwingie in Rotherham).
I removed all the players (in Brasileirao and national teams).
All the transfers are good.
I’ve also changed names of European NT stadiums and updated few managers names.
In my OF, I don’t have Bundesliga2 and no J-League: DOWNLOAD

it’s the Cristiano’ OF V 4.2 base and I’ve just added my updates after
and after the Konami’s data pack 2, my OF is good
* to install the patch is simple, update pes to dp2, install live update, delete images already installed from the other of you have (except competitions) to make room for the new of, and install all at once, no need of 15-20 per round; will take around an 1hour, save, then put on usb and install nov. update, save, put on usb the latest 1st december update. save. rearange competitions in their settings, like bundes to 18 teams, select them, (rearange also MLS teams) save. play. if needed press R3 to disable live update when selecting team in exhibitions, go back 2 steps in menu, enter again at selecting teams, play with new teams.
17 December update:
A little update of the OF with especially new managers (Panathinaikos, Trapani, Fluminense, Lille, Mallorca, Nantes, Sparta Praha, Rapid Wien, Chapecoense, Moreirense, SC Internacional, LA Galaxy, Oman NT, Augsburg, Belenenses, Alcorcon, Birmingham, Sporting Braga, Rotherham, Mirandès, Cordoba CF) and for FC Sochaux (ligue 2), new banner.
For Fluminense, Chapecoense, SC International, LA Galaxy, no manager picture, just new name of the manager.
Compatible with Last Version Konami and DFL 4.0, 4.2 and all my past updates.

I’ve customized these teams by correcting few names, adding managers and stadium pictures, and banners.
Astra Giurgiu replace Dundalk and RC Genk replace FC Astana.
If you want to install these teams, you can delete before Astana and Dundalk pictures (manager, stadium, kits).
– New managers pictures for Darmstadt, Moenchengladbach, Sporting Braga, Paços Ferreira, CP.
– Few players created for Steaua Bucarest, Rapid Wien, FC Copenhagen, Young Boys Bern.
– RC Genk added in rival list for KAA Gent, Anderlecht and FC Brugge
