How To Install
Download file & Extract them using WinRAR.
Copy All Files Into PATCH To Your PES 2013 Folder
Then Go to the folder C:\Users\(Username)\Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2013\save
Make a backup copy of your EDIT.bin
Paste the new EDIT.bin and overwrite the old one.
